of jidbaz

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jidbaz" or "the Platform" refers to the online gambling website operated at jidbaz.vip, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and account management tools.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered a player account on jidbaz or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on jidbaz.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's jidbaz account at any given time, including cash balance and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cashable balance awarded to a player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which jidbaz verifies a player's identity, age, and payment details using official documentation.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a casino game, sports betting market, crash game, live dealer table, or any other gambling product offered on the platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on jidbaz.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the jidbaz platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied by any person seeking to register or maintain an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. jidbaz enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not register player accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jidbaz or any gambling harm-prevention service.
• You must not have had a previous jidbaz account that was closed for cause, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party in placing bets or managing your account.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by jidbaz, players must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each player may hold only one registered account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or payment details, may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Players are responsible for keeping their registration details up to date. Any changes to name, address, mobile number, or payment method must be reported to jidbaz support promptly.
• Your jidbaz username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jidbaz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• jidbaz reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. jidbaz does not levy any account opening fee or registration fee.

If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact jidbaz support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jidbaz will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jidbaz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large deposits at jidbaz's discretion.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other payment methods as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. jidbaz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless a change of payment method has been approved by jidbaz's payments team following KYC verification.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, players must have successfully completed KYC verification by submitting a valid Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID) or passport along with a recent proof of payment method ownership.
• jidbaz targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals submitted during operational hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• jidbaz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any winnings generated through bets placed with bonus funds remain subject to the applicable wagering requirement and may not be withdrawn until that requirement has been fully satisfied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jidbaz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from your cash balance. Unless otherwise stated, bets are placed from cash balance first; bonus funds are applied once the cash balance reaches zero.
• Standard wagering requirements for jidbaz bonuses are stated in each promotion's specific terms. A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying bets before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Certain game types — including some slots, live casino games, and crash games — may contribute differently (or not at all) toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Specific game contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• jidbaz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before it has been activated by a player, the affected player will be notified.
• Any attempt to exploit a bonus offer through systematic wagering, arbitrage betting, or collusion with other players will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the jidbaz platform across all product verticals, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for checking the details of their bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation.
• jidbaz reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the decision of jidbaz's internal review team shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms & Conditions.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may vary by player level, game type, and promotional context.
• For cricket betting, specific match and tournament rules — including rules covering rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations, abandonment, and player retirement — are detailed in the sportsbook rules available within the cricket betting section.
• Winnings on casino games and crash games are calculated based on the certified RNG outcome and the published paytable or multiplier schedule for that game. jidbaz does not alter or influence game outcomes.

7. Responsible Gaming

jidbaz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Bangladesh players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity; however, jidbaz recognises that for some individuals it can become harmful.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from within their account dashboard. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased for a minimum period of 24 hours following the request.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be made.
• Players may request a permanent self-exclusion by contacting jidbaz support. Self-exclusion is a serious measure and, once applied, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• jidbaz will never market to a player who has registered for self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jidbaz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one player account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, exploiting bonus offers, or circumventing security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with casino staff for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to place bets at non-market odds or to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Using another person's payment details or bank accounts to fund your jidbaz account or receive withdrawals.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or security infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jidbaz platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data feeds, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the proprietary property of jidbaz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written consent from jidbaz.
• Use any jidbaz trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation with or endorsement by jidbaz without express written permission.
• Frame or scrape the platform's content for use on any third-party website or service.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by jidbaz and its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jidbaz shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any errors or omissions in information provided on the platform, including odds, scores, statistics, or game results.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform that does not relate to the core gambling services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jidbaz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jidbaz makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information displayed.

11. Privacy & Data

jidbaz collects and processes personal data from players as part of operating the platform, including for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support. The collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the jidbaz Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering a player account on jidbaz, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting jidbaz support, subject to the platform's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and fraud-prevention purposes.

All personal data held by jidbaz is protected by SSL 256-bit encryption in transit and stored in secured, access-controlled environments. jidbaz does not sell or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the player.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jidbaz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jidbaz will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the jidbaz platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should cease using the platform and, if you wish, close your account by contacting jidbaz support.

The current effective version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at jidbaz.vip/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

13. Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, or if you wish to raise a dispute regarding your account, a bet outcome, or a payment, please contact jidbaz support using the following channels:

jidbaz will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 days of acknowledgement. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, jidbaz will work with the player in good faith to identify an appropriate alternative resolution mechanism.
